Elevated Scandinavian | Master Bedroom

The clients are a young couple looking to turn their bedroom into a calm oasis where they can recharge and have some quiet time away from their kids.

The space of the master bedroom isn’t traditional. The goal was to create a layout that can provide enough storage for both the wife and husband while still keeping a minimal aesthetic.

The concept was centered around minimalism and creating a balance between feminine and masculine features.

I took a risk by mixing different color furniture pieces to help with the weight distribution of color within the room. Since there is a large sliding door, it’s important to have a white dresser on the opposite wall so the width of the room feels larger and has a continuous flow.
